A resilient bi?level control strategy for power sharing and voltage balancing in bipolar DC microgrids

In the three-level DC-DC converter-based bipolar DC microgrids, accurate power sharing among distributed generators and voltage balancing between positive negative poles are two main control objectives. This article presents a resilient bi-level strategy which simultaneously satisfies both aforementioned The proposed structure is combination of consensus-based cooperative method washout filter-based method. first level, with considering time delays communication noises developed to realize proportional sharing. At this DGs operate collaboratively using only neighbour-to-neighbour feedback over sparse network, even if network susceptible additive noise delay. second decentralized employed restore each pole microgrid desired value. works without any links additional loops, utilizes dynamic incorporating filters. whole robust against single point link-failure as well. Comprehensive simulation studies carried out in PLECS software verify effectiveness scheme.
